Return & Exchange Conditions

- You can exchange or return the product you purchased through our site within 14 days from the delivery date. (For evening dress products, this period is 24 hours)

- Following this information, the faulty product you send to us via the cargo company will be replaced with a new one.

- If the ordered product error occurs due to customer use or if the product is used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

- As for product return and replacement conditions, practices in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 4077 are essential.

- The box, packaging and any standard accessories of the product you are returning must be complete and undamaged in the package you return to us, and the product must remain in resalable condition (not modified, not contaminated, not used, not washed, etc. Otherwise, your return and exchange request will not be accepted. Additionally You must wash the products according to the washing instructions, otherwise your return will not be accepted.)

- There are no exchanges or returns for the underwear category.

- There are no exchanges or returns for personalized products.

- For evening dresses, a return form must be submitted to us within 24 hours from the delivery date, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

- Only returns are accepted for our shawl, scarf and bonnet models, no exchanges can be made.

- You can make a return or exchange by logging in to our site (www.markapia.com) with your membership and clicking on the Exchange & Return option in the My Orders section, by writing the product you want to change or the reason for your return in the Description section of the order you want to exchange or return.

- If you provide the order code with your package to the cargo company coming to you, you can send your exchange or refund to us free of charge.

- If you do not create an exchange or return record on the site, your return will not be accepted.

- If you have placed an order without being a member, fill out the exchange and return form sent to you, add it to your package and have it shipped.

- After you request an exchange or return, you must send your return to us within 7 days.

- ARAS Cargo: When delivering your order to the cargo company, MARKAPİA - MONOTEKS TEKSTİL SAN. VE TRADE LTD. ŞTİ. - You can make free shipping by specifying the company name or Member Business Number: 2003448851344 KÖPRÜ Branch. (Please include your order number starting with PIA in a note to the cargo company.)

- After sending your exchange or return, keep your shipment code that you will receive from the cargo company. If necessary, it may be requested from you.

- Once we receive the product, your return/exchange process will be initiated and completed within 1 to 3 business days.

- If you have requested a product exchange and the product is available, your exchange process will be started immediately.

- If the product is not available, you will be informed and a refund will be made.

- Payment at the door and shipping fee will be charged for returns.

- Exchange transactions are only valid for Türkiye orders and you can request products for the same amount.

- For orders made by Debit / Credit Card, the refund will be made to the card you made the payment with.

- For cash on delivery orders, for a refund, you must submit your 26-digit IBAN number starting with TR and the name and surname of the IBAN owner in the refund request form from the My Orders/Return section on your Member page.


Warranty conditions

All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless stated otherwise.
In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery.
When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product.
Changes made to the product, deformation of the product or damage to the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
